Babette? Miss Patty?

I've been listening to a lot of Belle & Sebastian lately (as in, today), and watching Gilmore Girls. Should I re-enroll in grade 10 or something? (I wish). I have gotten weirdly attached to the box that my Sorels came in, and I have been using it as a laptop podium, a little nook in which to place the kettle and mug when I make tea, a stand for my fan for better air circulation... I want to make nice paper to cover it (and then 'laminate' the inside for fashion and function). I am loving this idea from Martha, but I don't have a wood grain tool! Fuck my life, truly.

I unearthed this while cleaning my room. The black and white version is much less shoddy, but it is tucked safely away at 361 Crowder. Also pictured here: new rug.

In conclusion, printmaking: as awful as you remember, but with less compass scritch-scratch. Also, apparently I am obsessed with nature.
